About the Journal
The Journal of Human and Applied Sciences is a semi-annual scientific journal issued by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Gasr Al-Akhyar – Elmergib University, Al-Khums. It is supervised and managed by a distinguished group of professors and researchers in various fields.
The journal is dedicated to publishing original scientific research and studies that contribute to the development of knowledge in both the humanities and applied sciences. It follows a comprehensive vision that integrates theoretical dimensions with precise academic analysis, alongside practical dimensions connected to scientific applications.
In the field of human sciences, the journal welcomes research on topics such as geography in its natural and human branches, Arabic language including linguistic, literary, and critical studies, Islamic studies in their various legal and intellectual specializations, history with event analysis and document authentication, psychology in both its theoretical and applied aspects, sociology with a focus on social structures and transformations, and fine arts from creative, aesthetic, and historical perspectives.
In the field of applied sciences, the journal embraces research addressing physics and its laws and modern applications, chemistry in its theoretical and practical dimensions, biology with a focus on living organisms and their environmental interactions, mathematics in terms of developing mathematical models and applying them to solve scientific and technical problems, as well as computer science in all its branches, domains, and applications.
