That isalso why researchers are almost unanimous in believing that crime is a general social phenomenon and is considered a normal thing, and no human society is devoid of crime. But as a type of behavior, crime is consideredup normal. It destabilizes human security in and of itself and breaks the system drawn up by society. It is also a hindrance to human, economic and social development in various countries.
