Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of shyness among students in the ninth grade of basic education in Zliten. And to identify the level of academic achievement among students in the ninth grade of basic education in the variable of gender in the city of Zliten, and to identify the statistically significant differences between students who are shy in the variable of gender in the stage. Basic education among males and females in the city of Zliten. Identifying the correlation between shyness and academic achievement among ninth-grade students in basic education in Zliten. Among ninth-grade students in basic education in Zliten, in light of some gender variables. The researcher used the descriptive approach and reached The sample number was (101) male and female students in the ninth grade of the preparatory stage in the city of Zliten. The study concluded that the level of shyness among the ninth-grade students of the basic education stage in Zliten was high, as the average response value reached (3.44) according to the five-point scale. The study also showed that the level of academic achievement among the ninth-grade students of the basic education stage in the city of Zliten in the study sample was very good (35.81), and the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of shyness among the ninth-grade students of the basic education stage in the school. Shura, preparatory centralization, al-Khansa’a, and immortal women in the city of Zliten were attributed to gender, and this was in favor of females in the city of Zliten (Table No. 6). The study showed that there was no statistically significant relationship between the level of shyness and academic achievement among.
