Abstract
This work has been dealt with the study and commentary (Explaining the Organized Pearls in Jurisprudence), Chapter on Transactions, (Some Contemporary Transactions), by His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Faraj Ali Hussein Al-Faqih. Thanks to God, through this part to be studied, it has been controlled, documented, and commented on some issues, according to the scientific method.
One of the most important features of this system is that it searches for the well-known Maliki school of thought throughout its length, with evidence and guidance which includes all jurisprudential chapters, reaching more than 2,600 verses. This work has been preceded by an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion, so the research begins with an introduction about the importance of systems and how to deal with it and the importance of financial contracts. In the first section the researcher narrates: the reality of contemporary financial transactions and in the second section reviews a study of a number of new and old designations in some contracts, such as the loan by check and return in cash. The research concludes that selling the currency with the certified instrument is a matter stipulated by the jurisprudential councils, and that relieving people of embarrassment and making it easier for them is a genuine legitimate aim and a necessary matter.
