Abstract

The case of Sultan Abdul Hamid II and his assumption of power in those difficult and sensitive circumstances of the history of the ottoman Empire, amid the growing colonial ambitions that gathered from all sides in order to eliminate the ottoman Empire, and this young sultan sought to restore the health and strength of the state and try to advance it through the revival of the Islamic University between the Arab and Islamic people, as well as absorbing the civil developments that took place in the world and making every effort to communicate everything new in the field of science and technology and to disseminate in schools and universities .He supported his opponents until they were able to remove him from the throne and bring the assembly of union and progress to power, and this matter is one of the successes of international freemasonry in its history, and its first step that it planned to seize the land of Palestine .
